Pics de latence du réseau toutes les 20 secondes

Sur mon LG G3 fonctionnant sous Android 5.0, j'ai un problème que j'ai commencé à remarquer en jouant à Clash Royale (un jeu multijoueur en temps réel). Mes actions ont parfois un retard allant jusqu'à 2 secondes. Les autres joueurs n'avaient pas ce problème. J'ai donc commencé à enquêter.

Voici les faits :

  • Je suis toujours sur le Wi-Fi de ma maison.

  • Lorsque j'envoie un ping à mon routeur depuis mon G3, je constate un pic de latence toutes les 20 secondes exactement.

  • Il ne dépend pas de l'emplacement, la réception est bonne.

  • Les autres appareils n'ont pas ce problème lorsqu'ils utilisent la même connexion Wi-Fi.

Je pense donc que cela doit vraiment avoir un rapport avec mon G3. Il n'est pas enraciné et je n'ai pas joué avec les paramètres internes. L'affichage de l'utilisation du CPU à partir des paramètres du développeur ne montre rien de suspect pendant les pics.

Quelqu'un a-t-il vécu une expérience similaire ? Avez-vous des idées sur la façon de trouver l'origine de ce problème ?

Je vis avec ça depuis un moment maintenant. Le redémarrage de l'appareil deux fois de suite a semblé résoudre le problème pendant quelques jours.

Mais maintenant, j'ai enfin réussi à connecter l'appareil à Android Studio et dans le logcat, j'ai trouvé des choses intéressantes. Je ne sais toujours pas pourquoi cela se produit, mais la solution consiste à désactiver la localisation. En l'activant à nouveau, on obtient un ping instantané de 2 secondes, puis périodiquement toutes les 20 secondes.

Le service wifi interroge l'emplacement toutes les 20 secondes et pour cela, il semble utiliser un verrou. Il lui faut plus de 2 secondes pour le libérer à nouveau. Voici le journal de cet événement si quelqu'un dont l'un des membres est également affecté veut enquêter davantage :
