Le Nexus 5X perd définitivement sa connexion GSM en itinérance

Situation réelle de la question

Parfois (peut-être une ou deux fois par semaine), alors que je conduis une voiture, que j'utilise le réseau mobile (application "blitzer.de") et que je suis en itinérance entre différentes cellules de réseau (seulement des cellules mais le même fournisseur), mon Nexus 5X (Android 7.1.2) perd la connexion au réseau GSM de façon permanente. L'icône du réseau affiche "appels d'urgence uniquement" dans ce cas.

J'ai essayé :

  • entrée/sortie du mode vol
  • la recherche de réseaux
    • Je sélectionne mon fournisseur --> "La carte SIM ne prend pas en charge ce réseau".
    • enregistrement automatique --> soit "enregistré" (mais toujours "appels d'urgence uniquement"), soit "la carte SIM ne prend pas en charge ce réseau".
  • passage du mode de données à 2G, 3G et 4G

Aucune de ces actions n'a aidé, seul un redémarrage de l'appareil a été effectué.

Le problème est apparu il y a environ un mois ; le téléphone fonctionnait parfaitement pendant un an auparavant. Mon fournisseur est allemand "1&1".

Cela indique-t-il un problème avec le matériel du téléphone, Android, la carte SIM ou avec mon fournisseur ?

Avez-vous vérifié vos noms de points d'accès (APN) ? Essayez de les insérer manuellement (vous pouvez les trouver sur le site de votre opérateur mobile). Si cette solution ne fonctionne pas, vérifiez l'emplacement de la carte SIM. Une petite question : le problème est-il apparu après une mise à jour du système ?
